Match.com was founded in 1995 and with its partnership with AOL offers a large database of members. It boasts many features including instant messaging, chat rooms and two way matching. the site is very attractive and offers some quite sophisticated search management features such as the "mutual match" and "reverse match" functions. Getting started on Match
Match.com offer a 3 day full trial which in principle seems a very good idea. You must however submit your credit card details to claim this trial and unless you cancel before the end of the third day you will be charged for the next month. You start with a simple search and then scale down your profile results with an advanced search, which allows you to filter out singles you're not interested in. Filter by eye color, hair color, religious preferences and more. This allows you to find singles you are interested in quickly.
